Welcome to Villa Joaninha! Opened on July 1, 2012, Villa Joaninha is a new Algarve Guest House, situated only seconds from the beautiful beachfront of Praia da Rocha. Its bouganvillea draped white-washed walls welcome you. Our beach front location is within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as many local attractions and sights. Situated on two floors, all four of the Villa’s bedrooms are simply decorated in a Mediterranean style, to keep them cool and airy, with emphasis on comfort and relaxation. The Villa offers modern amenities with free WiFi, Cable TV, towel and linen service and a lovely garden where guests are welcome to read, relax or simply unwind after a day of activities. The Guest House is run by gracious hosts Inês, Sofia and Pedro who bring their love of the Algarve to every guest they welcome.
